Acorns
Welcome to our before and after school clubs, open to all Ridgeway pupils.
Acorns is provided by members of staff employed by Ridgeway. The manager, Cherain Gordon-Todd, leads the provision and is ably supported by the deputy manager and a team of caring, enthusiastic playworkers.
What can we expect?
In the mornings, the team give children a warm welcome and help get them ready for the school day, which includes providing a breakfast.
After school, children will be provided with a fun, stimulating environment, where they can socialise and relax after their day at school. A range of age appropriate, engaging activities will be on offer that meet all the children’s needs and interests. Children are also provided with a light supper.
Timings
Breakfast Club 7:30am until School start time
After School Club End of the school day until 6:30pm
Costs
Breakfast Club £5.05 per session
After School until 5.30pm £13.75 per session
After School until 6.30pm £14.75 per session
The before and after school clubs are available Monday to Friday, throughout the school term, excluding: bank holidays, INSET days and unexpected school closures (e.g. in the event of adverse weather conditions).
